The Neuadd is a Grade 2 listed building and there are some restrictions with access.
Bed and Breakfast
The front door of the house is approached via three wide steps. Alternatively access can be gained by walking around the flower bed in front of the house and along the level patio directly in front of the house.
All of the bedrooms are on the first floor and the staircase is fairly steep and narrow, but there is a handrail on the right side. Two of the bedrooms are at the top of the stairs and the other twin bedded room is along the hall, where there are three steps. The first two bedrooms have a shower and the third room has a bath.
Self Catering
The door to the cottage is approached by climbing up five wide steps, however, there is a handrail on the left hand side. There is a further step from the porch to the front door. Once inside the cottage, the bedrooms and shower rooms are on the ground floor. The lounge and kitchen are on the first floor, with access up a wooden staircase, having a banister on the right hand side. The upstairs is open plan with a laminate floor.
